Parents in Partnership - join the WOW project
Have you ever found yourself saying… “If I knew then what I know now, I would have told myself….”? As parents, we are continually learning and striving to do what’s best for our children. We are constantly faced with new experiences that challenge us and build our resiliency. We become experts in the lives of our own children, but also learn life lessons that can be shared and help others.
An opportunity has been presented to CPSN to partner with researchers and parents in Canada and Australia. Dr. Peter Rosenbaum (CanChild Researcher) and Dr. Laura Miller (Australia Catholic University) are leading a project titled "WOW! Welcome Orientation Workshops: New ideas for parenting a child with a neurodisability in the 21st Century" and are looking for parent partners!
CPSN is currently looking for parents to partner with us, providing valuable input into this project. As a participant you will need to have access to the internet to participate in webinars and online forums.
