Behind CPSN with Anna:  Meet our Executive Assistant to the CEO

For the past four years Anna Perini has had a busier job than many which she loves. It involves a constant juggling of tasks and staying a step ahead of crucial organisational activities and events. Anna is paramount to ensuring the smooth running of the office, assisting the CEO, Board and various CPSN Committees.

Task Master Extraordinaire

Anna assists our CEO , Kellie with day-to-day diary management, co-ordinating meetings, creating strategic task workflows, with much research, analysis, and dissection of lots of information. She is proud of the contribution she makes to the organisation.

“I feel I provide all the administrative support they need to make effective decisions in running CPSN and effective decision making to ensure CPSN continues to help make the lives of people with CP better.”

She has also been an instrumental leader in our Mental Health First Aid Training sessions, acting as a facilitator. Anna says this really broadened her knowledge base about watching for the warning signs to be able to recognise and acknowledge when someone may be struggling with their mental health.

Keeping busy outside of work is important to Anna. She enjoys Yoga, dancing, walking her dog, hosting dinner parties, and watching her son play sport.

The Workplace Difference

Anna has had many different roles in her life but particularly loves CPSN’s “warm, understanding and caring culture.”

“Everyone [within the organisation] is doing everything they can do to provide better opportunities and the best support to those with CP.”

Anna’s passion for her job and CPSN’s organisational values is crystal clear. She is an amazing advocate for our organisation, and we would all be lost without her!

“Everyone deserves the opportunity to do whatever they want to do in life. Never give up and keep advocating for what you believe in.”
“Everyone is equal – no one is better than anyone else -we are all 100% worthy and doing the best we can with what we know.”
