Annual Report 2024
“The last 12 months has been very tough and challenging for CPSN and the cerebral palsy community, indeed for the world. However, we see a lot of positivity here at CPSN and with what people living with cerebral palsy are achieving and demonstrating that makes us sure the sector and the community will bounce back and continue to thrive and do amazing things.” - A message from our Chair and CEO
Our annual report has just been released.

Pulse Survey Results
It’s been really enlightening and interesting to discuss and analyse the results of our recent pulse check which has been shared with the Board and Leadership Team. Everyone, including The Board, is keen to be kept informed about how the feedback is used to make changes at CPSN and make working here better.

We all know it’s been a year of change and challenge both for CPSN and the disability sector generally so it’s no surprise the response to the question around the organisation’s position to succeed over the next 3 years was lower than we would like but it’s great to see how highly you rated how proud you are to work at CPSN and that you have the information you need to do your job well including learning and development.

We are encouraged that over 80% of Support Workers who completed the Pulse Check indicated they feel engaged, and they rated all topics 4+.

The biggest issues for all staff were around Leadership Communication and Vision and how day to day decisions are made we will be working to improve this in the coming year. We are already looking at how to make the information available on NEST easier to access by our Support Workers as an example.

Thanks again for your participation and feedback
