Tish Custance-Thurston

Tish is an experienced human resource professional, having held a range of HR and leadership roles in the disability services and private sector in South Australia and Victoria.

Tish promotes a diverse and inclusive workforce and is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible environments. She encourages a focus on learning and development and supports people to achieve their goals. Tish enjoys working collaboratively with staff and managers to achieve the quality outcomes. Tish currently serves on the Board of the South Australian Council on Intellectual Disability.

Tish moved to Melbourne when she joined the CPSN team and brought her two Italian Greyhounds, Sid and Nancy with her.
