About the role

Our male client in his 40’s with Cerebral Palsy, living in his home in Heidelberg, requires a support worker to accompany him on a return trip to Sydney for a Hillsong Church conference, 7th - 11th July inclusive. You will be driving a wheelchair accessible van

7th - 11th July inclusive.
Initial shift will be at the clients home in He
Driving a wheelchair accessible van (Van Provided)

About You

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong sense of empathy.

Compliance requirements

You will have or be willing to obtain the following documentation to work with CPSN:

  1. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  2. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  3. Current First Aid certificate
  4. Current CPR certificate
  5. 2 references from prior and/or current employers

Certificate Ill or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential!
