Empowering the CP Community

We know great health outcomes don't just come from medical support - they come from Social, Emotional and Community Support as well.

Your donation will help fund our free services like including Events, workshops, Support groups, content and Resources, Phone Support (5 days a week) and Personal Development programs. Donations over $2 are tax deductible. To make a donation, please contact us.
