As a registered NDIS SIL Provider, we put an emphasis on person-centred care, collaboration, and flexibility to create homes where our clients feel safe, happy, and nurtured. Whether it's enjoying a barbecue, relaxing with friends, or watching a movie, we help to create a sense of belonging. Clients and families actively shape their living environments, ensuring they meet individual needs and support independence.

A 1-bedroom villa is currently available in Cranbourne within a small supported living setting where CPSN already provides Supported Independent Living (SIL). Live independently in your own home while having overnight support on site and an experienced CPSN team already supporting residents.

Our aim going into this was always to give the guys a home that is not clinical, like some other Disability housing can be, and truly allow the tenants to live independently and have the experience of living together with their mates.

Our SIL Services

We offer 24/7 support, with daily shifts, ensuring assistance whenever needed at the clients home. This includes personal care, mealtime and medication management, and support with daily activities, delivered by our NDIS and trained Support Workers.

Our experienced team will advise if CPSN services will be a good fit for you, your situation and your goals. We’ll explain the pricing and process or review your current NDIS package to get the best value from your plan. We may include a home visit to further assess your needs. 


3. Meet your CPSN coordinator

Your CPSN Client Coordinator works with you to build a support team that fits your goals. You choose the right support worker for you - from shaping the job ad to meeting candidates, you decide how much or how little you’re involved.

Independence Realised

In 2023, CPSN’s Supported Independent Living (SIL) model helped three friends achieve their dream of Independence. With support from CPSN, Illowra, and their families, they designed their home and moved in on November 2024. Their inspiring journey into independent living has brought them happiness, fullfilment, and what they call their “best life.”
