General update

During the holiday period, the CPSN phone line will be operating as normal, M - F 9am - 5pm. CPSN will be closed for the public holidays on 25th, 26th Dec & 1st Jan

High Intensity Supports

At CPSN, our specialised Team practices a comprehensive approach to Support that embeds the clinical oversight of a registered Nurse in the ongoing training and assessment of Support Workers.

High Intensity Supports are guided by the NDIS practice standards

Our expert Team are trained to deliver the following (but not limited to) high intensity supports:

  • Complex Bowel Care
  • Enteral Feeding Support
  • Dysphagia Support
  • Ventilator Support
  • Tracheostomy Support
  • Urinary Catheter Support
  • Subcutaneous Injections
  • Complex Wound Support

CPSN clients: Supported to do what they Love

  • Thomas can safely attend work during the week, and with his Support Worker, Stacey his PEG feeds can be completed during their breaks.
  • Pamela can be safely supported in the Community with her portable oxygen machine, knowing her Support Team are confident to respond to her ventilation needs.
  • Eleanor and her family had the confidence to go on separate holidays knowing the highly trained staff could support her in all of her complex health and Disability needs safely anywhere.
