  • Regular physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy can help maintain mobility, improve function, and support Communication. Incorporating daily stretching and low-impact exercises helps reduce muscle stiffness and improve flexibility. 
  • Assistive technology, such as mobility aids and communication devices, can enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Effective pain management strategies, including Physiotherapy, medication, and Hydrotherapy, are essential for comfort. 
  • Mental Health Support through counselling or peer groups is vital for emotional well-being. 

Staying informed through trusted resources like CPSN, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and NDIS ensures access to ongoing Support, guidance, and tailored Care.
