About our client
Our vivacious and creative client in Scoresby, who is building her own photography business, requires a female support worker for personal care and community access. She enjoys exploring cafes, swimming, walks, attending church, and spending time with her friends and boyfriend. She lives with her parents and a large, friendly dog.
About the Role
Personal care and community access shifts.
Shift Requirements
Shifts include overnight sleepovers, Monday 9 am-3pm and 3pm–9 pm, Tuesday to Friday evenings 5:15–9 pm, and weekend afternoons 4–9 pm.
About You
Ideal candidates are females aged 25–40 with experience in complex care, including seizure management, dysphasia, PEG feeding, and, if possible, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC); a nursing or allied health background is an advantage but not essential, as she is prepared to train support workers in communication.
Compliance requirements
You will have or be willing to obtain the following documentation to work with CPSN:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- 2 references from prior and/or current employers
- Valid driver’s license
Certificate Ill or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential!
