About our client

Female client in her 40's with cerebral palsy, living in the family home, enjoys family life, non verbal but expressive, communicates via facial expressions and vocalisations.

About the Role

Full support with personal care, including hoisting, showering and PEG feeding.

Shift Requirements

Monday and Wednesday evenings 4:45–6:45 pm and Saturday mornings 10:15–12:15 pm, with opportunities for additional coverage when other support workers are away

About You

Experienced female support worker who is competent in HI supports, A nursing or allied health background is highly valued.

Compliance requirements

You will have or be willing to obtain the following documentation to work with CPSN:

  1. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  2. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  3. Current First Aid certificate
  4. Current CPR certificate
  5. 2 references from prior and/or current employers
  6. Valid driver’s license
