About our client

17 year old male living with his family that uses an eye gaze communication device and wants to engage in activities independently of his family. His OT will be actively involved in training the support workers who will support him.

About the Role

In home activates and community access. PEG, bowel care and manual handling.

Shift Requirements

Saturday 8 am–3 pm

About You

You will be in your 20's to 30's, have experience in supporting people with CP or similar conditions, experience with PEG feeding and manual handling. A license that allows passengers, and a reliable vehicle.  

Compliance requirements

You will have or be willing to obtain the following documentation to work with CPSN:

  1. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  2. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  3. Current First Aid certificate
  4. Current CPR certificate
  5. 2 references from prior and/or current employers
  6. Valid driver’s license
