Kellie is an experienced leader and manager of people, functions, projects and programs.

She has held a number of leadership roles in Not For Profit organisations.

Kellie is focused on the customer - delivering a high-quality customer experience and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.

Her strengths lay in being a true Generalist and a safe work set of hands where help is needed in complex environments.

Kellie is a Mum to three adult children and is passionate about Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

You can often find Kellie on a walking trail somewhere most weekends.

Bodene brings an equally impressive skill set to this role, with a strong background in quality systems, business and operational leadership, change management, and service improvement. 

She is known for her strategic thinking, operational oversight, and commitment to team development. 

Bodene has successfully led multiple service improvements and redesigns and has been instrumental in embedding continuous improvement practices across health and community services.

Tish is an experienced Human Resource professional, having held a range of HR and leadership roles in the Disability services and private sector in South Australia and Victoria.

Tish promotes a diverse and inclusive workforce and is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible environments.

She encourages a focus on learning and development and supports people to achieve their goals.

Tish enjoys working collaboratively with staff and managers to achieve the quality outcomes. Tish currently serves on the Board of the South Australian Council on Intellectual Disability.

Tish moved to Melbourne when she joined the CPSN team and brought her two Italian Greyhounds, Sid and Nancy with her.

Anna Perini

Executive Assistant and Culture Coordinator

Anna plays a key role day to day in keeping the office running smoothly, assisting the CEO, Board, and CPSN Committees with diary management, meeting coordination, and strategic task workflows.

She also contributes through research and analysis to ensure key office activities stay on track.

Anna is proud of her involvement as a Co-facilitator of CPSN's Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, which has deepened her understanding of mental health issues.

Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, dancing, walking her dog, hosting dinner parties, and watching her son play sports.

Board observership program

All CPSN Support workers are employed (not contracted) and are verified, paid transparently, covered by comprehensive insurance and has access to training and support from CPSN. Behind our support workers is the service delivery team and CP experts ready to support you and your workers anytime.

CPSN has participated in the Board Observership program for two years. As part of our commitment to supporting individuals to gain governance experience and skills. The successful candidate is paired with CPSN for 12 months and attend all board and/or committee meetings as a non-voting member and learn about fundamental principles and functions of not-for-profit boards; what is the role of a board member; as well as fiscal processes and other governance functions.
