Cindy Racolini is a key support worker to one of our clients. She works closely with her to support her and team of nine amazing support wokers.

Cindy supports her client to achieve all of her goals by  working closely with her and her family, to understand her needs and her preferences for support.

Cindy assists her to break down her goals into tiny steps. Cindy ensures that the team of support workers provide support in the way the client wants it delivered and that the support is consistent, as this is what aids her memory and allows her to live her best life free of excessive confusion and frustration.

Cindy also supports her client with public speaking and assists her to participate meaningfully in her art business.
