Erwin brings over five years of Support Worker Experience to CPSN and our clients. He supports a client in our Independent Living home.

He enjoys making our clients’ daily life activities more comfortable and fulfilling.

Erwin says although the Disability Support work industry can be challenging at times, he loves what he does and urges others who want to work in the industry to give it a go. Do your best, ensure you look after your client well, and when away from work, also ensure that you take the time to look after yourself too.                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Outside of work Erwin enjoys exercising and connecting with nature, especially flora and fauna.
