With 14 years of professional experience in the disability sector, alongside the personal experience of caring for a daughter with complex disability, Olga brings both professional insight and a lived understanding of the challenges people with disability and their families can face in navigating supports and accessing opportunities.

At CPSN, Olga leads growth and engagement by developing strategic partnerships, strengthening referral pathways and building connections across the disability, health and community sectors. Drawing on her experience in stakeholder engagement, business development and community outreach, she works to create opportunities that extend CPSN’s reach and connect more people with supports that reflect their individual needs, choices and aspirations.

Olga is passionate about building trusted relationships and turning opportunities into meaningful outcomes. Her approach is collaborative, practical and values led, with a focus on inclusion, self determination and ensuring people with disability remain at the centre of the decisions that affect their lives.
