Sharon, our dedicated Client Liaison Coordinator, ensures CPSN’s client daily activity schedules run smoothly and that clients are matched with the right Support Workers. She also supports staff with training and upskilling, and is our Mental Health First Aid Facilitator. With over 20 years’ experience in training, learning, development and Human Resources, Sharon brings much expertise to the role.

In 2026, Sharon celebrated ten years with CPSN in her current role, an outstanding achievement in an ever-evolving industry.

The strong rapport she has built with clients, families and staff is a testament to her passion, dedication and commitment. Her contribution to the industry, and to the people she supports, is something to be truly proud of.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dining out, nature walks, and watching cooking shows.
