Tish is an experienced senior leader, having held a range of HR and leadership roles in the Disability services and private sector in South Australia and Victoria.

Tish is passionate about high quality services, authentically treating everyone with respect and ensuring inclusive, accessible and strengths-based environments.  

Tish enjoys working collaboratively with clients, staff and managers to achieve quality outcomes. Tish is the Chair of the South Australian Council on Intellectual Disability and has served on their Board since 2018.
