During the holiday period, the CPSN phone line will be operating as normal, M - F 9am - 5pm. CPSN will be closed for the public holidays on 25th, 26th Dec & 1st Jan

Personal Care Support 

Personal Care Support includes assistance with daily tasks like showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. We ensure that comfort, dignity, and Independence is tailored to each individuals' needs and preferences.

  • Sandy’s Mum shared the sense of relief that she had knowing that her child was in confident and caring hands with her Support Workers, and that she didn’t constantly need to supervise the care and Support being provided.
  • Michaela’s Mum Rachel worked with us to build a Support Worker team for her daughter. This enabled her to take a trip while Michaela enjoyed a separate holiday with the team. Rachel's relief and unwavering confidence in our Support Workers allowed her to take a well-deserved break, knowing that her daughter was in safe and capable hands and having a wonderful time on her own holiday.
