Customer Engagement Officer
Amy is the Customer Engagement Officer at CPSN, leading the Youth OASIS (Opportunities, Advocacy, Social Inclusion and Support) program to help young people with CP build Advocacy skills and navigate life’s challenges. Passionate about breaking barriers and challenging Disability misconceptions, she is committed to empowering others through Advocacy and Accessibility work.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys reality TV, playing her Nintendo Switch, and working in film and Disability advocacy.

Amy Seeary
Clinical Coordinator (Registered Nurse)
Amy is our highly experienced Clinical Coordinator at CPSN, known for her compassionate care and dedication to supporting adults and children with Cerebral Palsy. She regularly visits clients to manage medication plans and ensure access to vital health services. As a mum to twin boys with CP, Amy is deeply committed to advocacy and connection.
Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family, reading, and doing Pilates.

Elizabeth Ridsdale
Customer Service Coordinator
Lizzie leads CPSN’s Customer Engagement team with warmth, empathy, and dedication. She first joined CPSN in 2021 as a volunteer in our ‘Tribal Wisdom’ program, bringing powerful insights from her lived experience with Cerebral Palsy. Lizzie is passionate about empowering others and advocates for the message that people with CP can live full, meaningful lives surrounded by strong connections, purpose, and possibility.
Away from work, Lizzie enjoys singing with her local choir and socialising with friends.

Emily Cross
Customer Engagement Officer
Emily is our passionate Customer Engagement Officer, supporting clients and the public with enquiries, website content, and project collaboration. With three years at CPSN and lived experience of cerebral palsy, she is dedicated to creating meaningful, inclusive offerings for the CP community.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys time with her husband and two children, tending her veggie garden, and unwinding with a good book or Pilates.
She proudly advocates for Disability rights and believes Disability should not be a dirty word.

Esther Hurley
Customer Liaison Coordinator (CLC)
Esther has been part of CPSN's Innovative Choices team for the past three years in her role as Client Liaison Coordinator. Esther built a career in healthcare administration and came to CPSN following a role managing a Speech Pathology clinic specialising in infant feeding and swallowing. Her close connection with the families that attended the practice spurred her desire to move into the Disability space and grow her career in a place where she could work more directly with Clients and their Support Workers. Esther enjoys CPSN's warm, inclusive culture and values being part of a team where everyone genuinely cares.
Outside of work, Esther loves spending time with her children, reading and going to the beach.


Mark Boyce
Support Coordinator
Mark, our Support Coordinator, is passionate about collaborating with clients to bring their Support plans to life. He values self-advocacy, clear Communication, and tailoring Support to each person's unique needs and strengths. Calm under pressure, Mark embraces daily learning and growth. He’s currently learning Italian through social connections, taking acting classes, and in his spare time, he enjoys walking and baking.

Olivia McCluskey
Service Delivery Manager
Olivia brings over five years of experience as a Support Worker before stepping into her role as Service Delivery Lead. Passionate about personalised support and community connection, she helps clients build fulfilling lives.
In her down time away from work, Olivia enjoys hiking, cooking, visiting Melbourne’s farmers’ markets, and dancing to The Wiggles with her mischievous toddler.

Rick Handa
Rostering Coordinator & Support Coordinator
Rick Handa is CPSN's Rostering Coordinator and Support Coordinator where each day he ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time. With a puzzle like mix of shift planning and problem solving, he helps support both our Staff and clients with a can do attitude and calm nature. Rick describes CPSN as a supportive, down-to-earth and purpose driven place to work. He finds it rewarding to know his behind-the-scenes work makes a real difference.
Away from work, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, getting out and to local festivals (such as the KaBloom Flower fields) relaxing together, writing or brainstorming an exciting new project.

Sharon Marendaz
Customer Liaison Coordinator (CLC)
Sharon, our dedicated Client Liaison Coordinator, ensures CPSN’s client daily activity schedules run smoothly and that clients are matched with the right Support Workers. She also supports staff with training and upskilling, and is our Mental Health First Aid Facilitator. With over 20 years’ experience in training, learning, development and Human Resources, Sharon brings much expertise to the role. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dining out, nature walks, and watching cooking shows.

Sheree Greenwood
Independent Living Coordinator
Sheree is the Independent Living Coordinator at CPSN’s first Supported Independent Living (SIL) house in Taylors Lakes. With a background as a Support Worker, she manages daily operations, promotes independence for clients, and helps them to lead a supportive, family-like living and social environment. Her key focus is on creating a home that reflects our clients' personalities and Sheree encourages everyone she works with to create strong connections among our clients, their friends, Support Workers and families.

Board observership program
All CPSN Support workers are employed (not contracted) and are verified, paid transparently, covered by comprehensive insurance and has access to training and support from CPSN. Behind our support workers is the service delivery team and CP experts ready to support you and your workers anytime.
CPSN has participated in the Board Observership program for two years. As part of our commitment to supporting individuals to gain governance experience and skills. The successful candidate is paired with CPSN for 12 months and attend all board and/or committee meetings as a non-voting member and learn about fundamental principles and functions of not-for-profit boards; what is the role of a board member; as well as fiscal processes and other governance functions.
